Hailey Rodden

Hailey Rodden is a multimedia artist, florist, and educator whose creative practice lives at the intersection of image-making, teaching, and craft. Beginning with photography in 2018, she studied photojournalism at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago before achieving a degree in art education. Working seasonally for a local flower and produce farmer, she introduced flowers as a material language and extension of her creative practice.

Today, her work brings together those experiences in an overlapping space between fine art, craft, and floristry, an interdiscplinary practice exploring themes of memory, place, labor, and connection. . Their practice resists strict categorization, instead embracing hybridity and a focus on process, care, and the quiet narratives embedded in everyday environments.
